Job Description
• Ability to make senior level project decisions and liaise with applicable authorities.
• Responsible for managing and supervising all the site related construction activities associated with various projects.
• Close Supervision of the work of the site engineers, surveyors, inspectors and all other disciplines working on the construction site.
• Responsible for keeping updated contract budgets, project calculation books, measurements and calculations of work completed, payment processing, adherence to contract specifications and schedule management
• Direct all field responsibilities for leading the construction supervision team to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and within budget according to the contract obligations
• Responsible for onsite Health and Safety, encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately
• Ensure project is completed on time and within budgets.

Worked as Landscape Specialist with department of Landscaping Jammu and Kashmir India.
To take a lead on design of both hard and soft landscape for landscape and horticultural design projects and competitions.
To Work closely with design groups and external landscape consultants to support project teams in creating sustainable landscape designs, Promoting good landscape design throughout the practice.
To Research and advise on indigenous/suitable vegetation on projects around the Area.
To Prepare Irrigation Plans and overview implementations.
To Support the design teams through the research into project specific landscape design issues, Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required thorough knowledge of and compliance with procedures and standards

Assess ongoing equipment vehicles and tools needed during the course of the Project.
Masters in Agriculture science/Horticulture with First class. Research on latest and scientific technologies of Horticulture and their implementation
