• Lead the Network RFQ (Network SWAP Evaluation & Normalization Phase, NOVA) From OSS end (Aug, 2011- Dec 2011). Following vendors had participated in NOVA (Ericson, NSN, Huawei, ZTE, NEC, SIAE & ALU)
o Normalize the RAN, Core, VAS, and Transport, LDI & Microwave Element Management Solution.
o Normalize the OSS solutions i.e. Central Backup & Recovery, Fault Management Solution (HP-TeMIP), Performance Management Solutions (AirComm, Inspur) Service Delivery solutions. (HP-SM, IBM-Remedy) and Inventory Management Solutions
o Active participation in BOQ Normalization & finalization of all above domains.

• Lead the OSS VEGA domain for Implementation Phase. (Jan, 2012- April 2013)
