Prepares, assembles, and issues technical and financial proposals, pre-qualifications and proposal clarifications. Liaises and coordinates with multiple parties, including but not limited to JV partners, sub-consultants, the companys internal departments and other regions. Completing and maintaining company registrations and licenses on client databases. Monitor various tender portals routinely to identify any contracts relevant to the company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes.
