Nassau Cruise Port Refurbishment Project

I managed all construction activities within 100.000 m2 construction area with 6 piers and 2
marinas, include marine works (132.000 m3 dredging, 134.000 m3 reclamation, piling works, 1800
m3 precast beam fabrication and installation, 3000 m3 prestressed precast panel fabrication and
installation, gangway installation, tie-rod installation, vibro-compaction, pile wrapping, anode
installation, dolphin construction, water intake structure construction) and upland civil works
include earthworks, infrastructure (5.000 m long utilities, cable ducting), 38.000 m2 hardscaping
and landscaping, 12.000 m2 indoor area, 20.000 m3 in-situ works, 1.000 tons of steel erection,
architectural works, electrical and mechanical works,
I reviewed drawings, specifications, project materials and codes to foresee possible construction
strains and assign resources like manpower, equipment and material accordingly,
I managed preparation of 35 method statements and 80 field change requests,
I was involved design coordination with inhouse design team and design subcontractors’
I was involved budgeting and planning activities,
I liaised cruise port and construction operations,
I was in charge for identification of resources for safe and successful execution of the construction
works to meet the schedule,
I reviewed sub-contractors’ fabrication and approved work plans and claims,

Water Treatment Plant
$ 100M - Construction Project
I managed all construction activities including civil works, piping and equipment installation
which include earthworks, infrastructure 10.000 m long (sewage, fire water, utility pipelines),
1.000 m long access roads, 20.000 m3 in-situ works, 100.000 m3 reservoir capacity. 1.000 tons of
steel erection, 3.000 m long steel pipe-rack and 6.000 m long process pipeline installation, 160 ea.

I reviewed drawings, specifications, project materials and codes to foresee possible construction
strains and assign resources like manpower, equipment and material accordingly,

TANAP Compressors and Metering Stations Project

I was responsible for the engineering related tasks and the effective implementation of the
procedures and work practices developed,
I managed civil works which include earthworks, 2.350 m long cable ducting, 3.200 m long
drainage channel, infrastructure (sewage, fire water, utility and process pipelines), 3.000 m long
access roads and 15.000 m2 paving works, 20.000 m3 in-situ works, 1.300 tons of steel erection,
equipment installation, architectural works (wall/floor finishes, suspended ceiling, raised floor) for
10.000 m2 indoor area. Beside office and residential buildings, I was in charge of completion of
process buildings for mechanical completion (Gas Metering, LP Fuel Gas, Substation, Utility
Buildings, Closed Drain Drum Pit, Vent Pit, Pig Launcher-Receiver, Water Pump Houses, Water
Storage Tanks, Filter Separators and Radio Tower),
I was in charge for coordination of interfaces with architectural, civil, piping, HVAC and electrical
works,
I reviewed drawings, specifications, project materials and codes to foresee possible construction
strains and prepared 50 ea. deviation request and technical query to clarify the clashes and
miscalculation, Saved up to $ 1M possible cost due to faulty construction,
I provided feedback and reviewed schedule development with planning team. I was in charge for
identification of resources for safe and successful execution of the construction works to meet the
schedule,
I inspected sub-contractors’ fabrication and controlled work plans and claims with my 10 technical
staff,
I weekly attended to progress meetings with Client and Subcontractors,
I made sure for conduction of HSSE procedures on site along with HS staff and achieved 25M
man-hours LTI free work
I was in charge of coordination of infrastructure, disaster management and energy efficiency
financial support programs with total budget $ 30M,
I managed safe and excellent execution of the local government and NGO projects such as
construction of Hospitals, Schools and Fire Stations etc.,
I was in charge of evaluating and approving method statement, schedule, budget and cash flow of
projects to be run by beneficiaries,
I responded all technical questions raised by contractors, in accordance with technical
specifications and budget limits,
I monitored the construction works daily basis. Counselled to the contractors to improve the
performance in HSE, Quality, Cost Control and Progress wise, weekly 5 site visits achieved,
Setting performance chart for projects within the financial support programs and assuring key
performance indicators (KPI) achieved,
I verified contract information and evaluating contractors’ operational capacity, setting a course
for project together with contractor and inform accounting and payment unit for pre-payment,
I provided contract obligations to be fulfilled and project to be run as per contract method and
principles,
I was in charge of evaluating and approving contractors’ claims and forwarding approved request
to accounting and payment unit for further payment procedure. Achieved $ 10M payment
approval per year
Marmaray Bosphorus Crossing Project
$ 1.75B - EPC Project
I was responsible for the engineering related tasks and the effective implementation of the
procedures and work practices developed,
I managed civil works which include; earthworks, soil improvement (2000 ea. jet grout and 1000
ea. bored pile), infrastructures, superstructures in-situ concrete works, steel works for 2500 m2
Kazlıçeşme Train station, installation of 100 tons Steel Railway Bridge and construction 600 m
long railway line,
I was in charge of the deployment of the necessary supervisory and operator personnel on a daily
basis according to the works and activity prioritization;
I organized mobilization and
demobilization of 10+ subcontractors on site,
I inspected subcontractors’ fabrication and controlled work plans and claims,
I was reporting daily progress and quality reports,
I made sure for conduction of HSSE procedures on site. No LTI during my time in my site.
AGIP KCO Kazakhstan Offshore Civil Works Project
$ 1B - Construction Project
I was responsible for the engineering related tasks and the effective implementation of the
procedures and work practices developed,
I prepared Work Method Statements and Job Hazard Analyses. I produced 10 ea. Work Method
Statement and got approval from client,
I provided feedback and reviewed schedule development with planning team. I was in charge for
identification of resources for safe and successful execution of the construction works to meet the
schedule,
I was in charge of supervision of civil works which include earthworks, piling works,
infrastructure (firewater system, oily water system, and drainage lines), foundation and trench
installation, in-situ works, steel erection, pipe-rack installation, geomembrane installation,
I worked in multinational environment, global contractors from different countries all over the
world. I represented Enka Construction Company in simultaneous operations meetings with other
contractors,
I was in charge of deployment of the necessary supervisory and operator personnel on a daily

I was responsible for the engineering related tasks and the effective implementation of the
procedures and work practices developed,
I co-managed marine haulage operation with marine coordinators and tug-boat captains up to 2M
tons of filling material per year between onshore quarry and offshore oilfield,
I was in charge of the supervision of marine works which include construction of artificial islands
with support service buildings, all utilities and quay walls for marine operations,
I managed construction of underwater berms, break waters and ice-rubble generators and jetties,
Also managed offshore marine support operations; dredging, seabed leveling, pipeline debris
cleaning with diver assistance and precast concrete element installation underwater,
