• Resolve issues related to the Microsoft applications, Company oracle Apps, printer issues, LAN issues, Network connectivity issues, scanner issues and bar code machine issues.
• Administering servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
-Provided technical support to the end users.
-Resolved technical issues related to software and hardware.
-Configured printers over the network.
-Resolved issues pertaining to software applications like Microsoft office, all operating system related issues.
-Provided assistance to the U.S.A Customers in managing accounts, configuring email accounts and help install applications, software's, printer, scanner, anti-virus software, Ms office 2013 and Ms office 2010.
-Used to create a ticket for the support technician to visit customer's place and replace the defective parts.
