• Lead the design process on several projects depending on size, type, and complexity.
• Design and develop all Extra Low Voltage systems such as below.
Access Control System, Video Surveillance (CCTV), Fire Detection and Alarm, Emergency / Exit Lighting, Guest Room Automation, Telephony, Passive and Active network infrastructure, Background and Foreground music, Meeting and Banquet room related AV Infrastructures, IPTV and related infrastructures, Data centers and other related ELV spaces.
• Production of all required documents including specifications, calculations, simulations, and reports.
• Implement the organization’s standards in the design process adhering to the international and regional standards.
• Perform related calculations and produce required documentations.
• Attend all coordination and progress meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD and/or Project Manager/ Director.
• Communication with Design teams, Design resources, Clients, and Project managers.
• Ensure efficient coordination occurs with other disciplines, such as Architecture, Interior design, and MEP to capture and validate all requirements.

• Involve in designing electronic and ELV systems with the pre-sales team.
• Implementation, testing and commissioning of the total scope of the electronic and ELV systems including CCTV, PA, EACS, BMS, MATV, GRMS, Intruder, Guest Lock, Wi-Fi and Data Network (Over 90M LKR/Year)
• Managing the project lasing with stakeholders ensure the project completion within timeline to the accepted level.
• Billing and Contract administration of the ongoing projects lasing with QS team.
• Research and development of new tools and procedures to complete the projects as planned.
• Local and foreign procurement handing including BOI approvals.
• Generating project related inquires and turn them into sales.
• Involve in the after sales and services when required.
• Successful completion of over 15 large scale ELV projects (between 20 - 100M LKR) and involve in the one billion LKR valued total ELV scope of the Grand Hyatt project as a project engineer - ELV systems.
