• Provide information, analysis, and reporting of issues that impact process progress to support
the identification of new technology opportunities.

• Maintained securities with up-to-date and accurate information extracted from vendor
platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Interactive Data, and Euroclear.
• Gathered information, analyzed new products and services, and allocated relevant data to
different departments.
• Liaised with clients in case if there are any contradictions in the information flow. Participated
in system development meetings with the support team to ensure timely health checks were
performed in the system.
