Installation of valves, Spools, Spectacles, Tighten of Flanges, Alignment of completed Line Membrane,
CARRIED OUT: Pre-punch/ Post-punch List handling, Testing: Hydrostatic Test, Pneumatic Test & Oil Flushing Test.
COMMISSIONING: Cleaning, Flushing and Reinstatement.
* Performing post test punch after successful pressure test to reinstate removed line members. Assuring line completeness for pre-commissioning.
* Ensuring Hydro Static test, Pneumatic test are align with the project specification according to
Ensuring all piping and components used for fabrication are traceable to the manufacturer, Checking heat numbers of piping and as well as filing all necessary documentation.
* Checking dimension and orientation of pipe spooling (Fabrication) in the workshop and field.
* Ensuring the pressure gauges and records for pressure test are calibrated /certified and within the requirement of the pressure as specified in the procedure.
* Ensuring Hydro Static test, Pneumatic test are align with the project specification according to ITP.
* Performing post test punch after successful pressure test to reinstate removed line members. Assuring line completeness for pre-commissioning.
* Ensuring that the type of welding needed in the fabrication of Carbon Steel (C/S), ITCS, LTCS, Galvanized and Stainless Steels (S/S), Pipes in conformity according to the WPS procedure.
* Ensuring that the approved welding electrode is used for the type of welding process needed, also inspecting and ensuring the there are no discontinuity found on the welded joint after completion.
* Ensuring that visual inspection of welded joints is done according to specified procedures and carried a check on weld parameters.
