Conducting of tool box talk before the beginning of daily activities.
Supervising confine space activities and conducting of gas testing.
Prepare / Review job Hazard Analysis
Safety Audit / compliance of Permit to Work system
as per client’s policy.
Conducting of Site HSE meeting as per client’s policy.
Carry out site safety inspection with recommendation to management on ways of achieving key performance indicators (KPI).
Safety materials inventory and documentation.
Accident investigation; root cause analysis and recommendation for corrective measures, and learn from the incident (LTI).
Preparing of site specific task risk assessment
Supervision of lifting activities during site mobilization and demobilization.
Mobile equipment inspection.
Carry out site logistic support as requested by site engineer.
Enforce stop work authority where safety practices are not observed
