Duties & Responsibilities,
• Provide tender support, submit quotation, attend tender interview and follow up sales status closely.
• Study contract documents and highlight clauses which are not favorable to company.
• Prepare project budget and monitor budget versus actual status.
• Prepare material list to initiate sourcing.
• Perform sourcing and get quotation from suppliers and sub contractor.
• Prepare comparison chart and evaluate offers from suppliers and sub-contractor and make recommendation for approval.
• N egotiate terms and conditions with suppliers or sub-contractor and issue purchase order or subcontract work agreement.
• Prepare, issue, certify and submit all sub-contractor claim as per work agreement and monitor the progress.
• Responsible for final project closure.
• Coordinate or communicate with project team members to update about the material status.
Quantity surveyor with 6 years of experience in preparation of tender documents and contracts, preparation of detail measurement and bill of quantity, performing of cost analysis of building and infrastructure projects, and preparation of working drawings. Confidence in planning projects, budget control, tendering, and drafting of C&S drawings. I am seeking a quantity surveyor job position to improve my ability in the future and to manage budget and project planning will be utilized.
