My role as the Head, Circulation entailed end to end coordination of the circulation of the company newspaper (from taking delivery of prints from the press to resource allocation and monitoring to ensure optimum compliance and also gathering of feedback)
Within my stay on the job, I was able to reduce the departmental operational cost by introducing volume based earnings and also efficiency bonuses to maintain quality of output.
