Roles and Responsibilities.
Providing the customer data as per request from Business by writing SQL queries.
• Deploying the fixes/patches in UAT & production environments.
• Performing the EOD in UAT environment as per business requirement and
troubleshooting the issue faced during EOD.
• Enhancement in the system as per client requirement
• Looking out for various maintenance errors, synchronization between Application and
web servers
• Providing application transaction reports on daily basis.
• Working in shifts for providing support.
Check application logs and database tables to analyse the issue.
• Interacting with the business users, vendors and IT groups across the region and
globally to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Performing Incident Management for high priority tickets.
• Performing Problem Management by identifying repeated incidents and providing
reactive and proactive approaches.
• Day-to-day support for UAT systems-handling system issues occurred while testing is
being carried out by UAT team.
• Performing and monitoring various application processes in production environment.
• Call updates with detail to be given in the call logging package.
• Application Call analysis every month, derive the root cause of the problem with
action.
• All Calls related to Applications to be resolved and/or tracked till resolution.
• Performing DC-DR Activity.
• Escalating unresolved problems to the principal vendor for resolution and follow up till
resolution.
• Responsible to keep a right track from the call logged to its final closure.
• Deployment of patches in UAT environment for testing purpose.
• Taking permanent fix from vendor for repetitive issues.
