• Assist the Health and Safety Manager to maintain an online software reporting system for observations, inspections and new hire orientation.(CARE )
• Preparation of relevant safety signage’s, licensees, certification for both staff members and site workers.
• Entering daily trained personnel
• Compiling reports for review, distribute weekly safety minutes, preparing safety presentation material
• Schedule training sessions and provide reports on employee training status.
• Staff Birthday celebrations video making
• Administration of all site safety administration documentation and archiving
• Maintenance of all electronic and hardcopy documentation for audit purposes
• Providing clerical support to project site staff and others within the compound it terms of warnings/ violations and safety database
• Working closely with HR and Construction Manager in terms of workforce/staff safety violation database of all employees on site
• Monthly calculations of subcontractor man hours per month
