• Previous experience in handling donor funded project especially with large grants.
• Excellent listening, communication and writing skills.
• Strong organisational and personal management skills, with ability to prioritise work issues to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and ability to adjust to constantly changing situations.
• Monitoring and Evaluation and follow-up with the implementing partners to ensure all activities are implemented in accordance to the projects logframe.
• Preparing project reports as per funding agreement and as requested by various audiences.
• Conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Facilitating learning experiences for students and other employees at different levels.
• Conducts community stakeholder leadership orientation and sensitisation meetings
• Conducting community mobilisation and sensitisation meetings
• Analyzing and synthesize complex information.

• Preparing monthly expenditure reports against approved budgets.
