I did a project in DIGITAL MARKETING at the University of Witwatersrand titled - Exploring the Effectiveness of eWOM on Social Media Platforms in which I: ●Conducted a comprehensive study on online consumer behavior, specifically evaluating the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (eWOM) via Instagram and TikTok haul videos among Generation Z users in Gauteng, South Africa. ●Employed a mixed-methods approach, incorporating surveys and audio data analysis using ATLAS.ti software. Collaborated effectively with a researcher to manage tasks and enhance project success. ●Implemented research findings to offer actionable insights for marketers. Presented results at the University of Witwatersrand, receiving commendation from professors for the study's depth and relevance.
