Development of the digital marketing strategy
In charge of development of digital strategy, digital marketing concept design, digital content development and digital trend analysis.
To design and develop a web portal to cover the 2013 General Elections. This includes both web and mobile versions of the portal as well as multimedia applications which enables users to view customized realtime data from election campaigns as well as interactive results of the elections themselves.
I was brought in to revive the Animation and Graphics Design department, which had failed to take off. I built new syllabi for the courses and recruited new staff to teach the courses. I also taught the subjects which were difficult to staff due to lack of adequately trained professionals in Uganda at that time.
Led a team of developers in developing an eLearning portal as well as e-learning materials for off-campus students in the e-Learning Directorate of the University. I also provided support and training to teaching staff and students in using the e-learning resources
I was co-founder and manager of the Animation department of the College, providing training in Media and Animation technology as one of the premier Animation colleges in Kenya. I both managed and taught subjects within the department, specializing in web and multimedia application development.
I am a co-founder of the Animation department which was aimed at training multimedia and graphics professionals for the new markets in kenya. I taught web and multimedia application development.
