•Coordinates monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger

•Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting
•Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries
•Reviews accounts payables and weekly check runs.
•Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
•Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information.
•Develop and implement various accounting procedures.
•Manages departments such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll
•Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory

• Maintain an accurate aging report
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• reporting activities according to specific deadlines
• Reconcile A/R to the G/L

• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Conduct account research and analysis

• Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.

• Preparing receipts and deposit transactions.
• Preparing updated lists of collections and receivable.
• Preparing updated lists of customer's accounts and verify with customers.
• Verifying daily cash balance.
• Make contacts with customers for financial matters.
• Maintaining records, reports and files
• Collect and verify all information required to complete billing process.
• Answering customer queries via telephone
