Key Responsibilities

 Import Invoicing - Customers
 Agent Invoicing - Local and Foreign Agents
 Outstanding / Profit / Loss Reports
 CFS Collection from NLCT, PAK SHAHEEN & BOML
 Bank Reconciliations
 Debit & Credit notes checking - Co load
 Settlement of Accounts of Customers
 Settlement of Accounts of Agents
 Outstanding Recovery and Rebate receivable from Customers
 Payment of Utility bills
 Reconciliation of Accounts - Agents
 Rebate Payments of Sales Staff
 Remittance to/from Agents
 Submission of SRB Tax and FBR Tax on monthly basis
 Finalization of accounts
 Liaison with external auditors
 Any other work as directed by Director
