Regional Blood Center Sukkur is a project of Government of Sindh awarded to SBDDS (Sukkur Blood Donation and Drugs Society), which is the Parent Company of RBC Sukkur. This Project was inaugurated on 14th Feb 2018 with the sole objective of providing safe and screened blood transfusion services to the deserving patients of Civil Hospitals and Government Institutions of 7 major cities of Sindh Province namely Sukkur, Larkana, Jecobabad, Khairpur, Shikarpur, Ghotki and Shadadcoat.
Responsibilities:
 Overall Management of the Project including Financial Management, Procurement, Administration, Marketing and ensuring accomplishment of Technical KPI’s by the Technical Team as set by the Government Authority.
 Financial Management includes management of Capex and Opex budgets as set by the Government Authority
 Procurement Management thereby ensuring that Procurement is carried out as per the rules and regulations set by SEPRA (Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority)
 Administrative Management includes design and implementation of Human Resource and Administration Policies to ensure harmony and discipline within the organization.
 Control and supervision of Marketing Team employed for the purpose of organizing Blood Donation Camps to ensure effective and positive results from the camps thereby maintaining adequate level of Blood Inventory.
