• Maintaining the database for all the candidates appeared for interview, shortlisted candidates, and finalized candidates.

Compliance/Performance Management:
• Addressing low performance cases and to ensure performance as per defined standards.
• Addressing Complaints, Compliance & Conflict management cases.
• Investigating locked compliance cases and to manage all termination/tagging cases null & void accordingly.
Other Operational Responsibilities Include:
• Managing HR related queries of over 500 employees.
• Training for new hiring in admin/ HR and other departments.
• Soft skills Training to employees.
