-40, 000 sqm of built up area with a budget of 190M $.
The project is a hospital with an area of 50000 square meters for a total amount equal to 60 million real saudi ( SR )
Job Responsibilities:
- Quantity Surveying .
- BOQ preparation of Civil works.
- Handing over Engineering.
- Following up the Finishing Activities.
- Following up The Execution of Concrete Elements.
- Technical Office works such as:-
o Review, analyze and approve the project Tender Documents, preliminary and detailed designs;
o Shop drawings and;
o Calculation sheets.
Job Responsibilities:
- managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issues;
- overseeing the work of junior staff
- communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients
- thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems;
- managing change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project;
- ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget;
- Technical Office works such as:-
o Review, analyze and approve the project Tender Documents, preliminary and detailed designs;
o Shop drawings and;
o Calculation sheets.

- Coordinate between Architect & Structure Drawings;
- Revision & Prepare of Quantity Survey;
- Prepare & Revision of As Built Drawings;
- Project Specification Revision;
- Prepare all Reports & Time schedule;
Job Responsibilities:
- Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specification and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawings from authorities
- BOQ preparation of Civil works.
- Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
- Inspecting and testing materials prior to their use at site as per sample approved by the consultant and ensuring removal of rejected material out from site .
- Monitoring daily progress of site.
- Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be submitted to the project director .
- Making productive report and analyzing .
