 Develop, implement and control the quality Assurance and food safety (HACCP) programs company-wide.
 Investigate quality and food safety complaint regarding product nonconformity, determine root cause and proffer corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
 Conduct quality and food safety orientation and trainings for new hire and continuing employee as per food safety and company requirement.
 Organize and conduct customer audits and manage QC approved supplier programs.
 Conduct general internal audits and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
 Maintains customer complaint log, review and recommend CAPA is maintained.
 Schedules and conducts general preventive inspections
