• Laboratory yeast propagation,
• Conducting yeast counts and viability,
• Collection of samples and sampling to meet set frequencies,
• Inoculation of samples and results reading,
• Analysis of final and warehouse product as well as line/process checks,
• Reporting accurate, reliable and repeatable results to process.
• Handling SBs, Canteen and Brewing surveys,
• Implementation of management systems in work area to ensure continual improvement,
• Monitoring hygiene issues in the plant, as well as packaging hall both visual and microbiological analysis.
• Compiling weekly, monthly and other microbiology reports,
• Updating microbiology templates and other quality templates online,

• Ensuring that Quality practices are effectively adhered to during bottling operations, rising of out of control reports on all non conformances and maintaining a follow-up until issues are closed.
• Coordinating troubleshooting exercises in integrated teams on quality and packaging issues during operations.
• Ensure Company products and processes meet applicable franchise and legal requirements.
• Maintaining high levels of performance from the packaging team through regular monitoring of individual performance of operators in terms of quality deliverance.

• Effecting of root cause analysis on trade complaints and making recommendations to the process team.
• Ensuring effective operational coverage in terms of quality in process coverage.


• Effective communication in terms of operations with all concerned parties in a way to aid continuous improvement on quality and output of packaging.

• Raw-material receiving inspections, in process and final product analysis.

• Preparation of weekly and monthly reports.

• Facilitating team problem solving and decision making through coaching, mentoring and supporting team members in using the correct problem solving techniques (such as 5Y, quick fix etc.) to solve situational problems.
