Supervised 40+ restaurants from a chain of 200+. Opened 3 new restaurants from project to full functionality. Continuously monitor and verify all the units to meet the expected figures for sales, the level of quality service delivered to the customers, the level of consumption, train the managers and the staff of each unit to be up to date with the company's new policies. I implemented training programs for selling, attitude towards clients, courses of familiarizing the new employees with the surroundings. On a average, the restaurants that I held training meetings noticed a 30% increasing in beverage sales, in the first week after the session of training, stabilizing to a solid 10% in the next 3 months. I was able to lower the breakage with a 15%, while the rotation of the staff was 75% quitters in the first 3 months of employment. I had to overview the reports from each unit, to aggregate al daily reports into the format for the sales department. I had to hire, promote, demote and fire unit managers and staff alike.
Supervised a part of the Restaurant staff to meet the requirements of the company, to reach the target scores for revenue, customer's satisfaction, quality of the service. I was in charge of training new and old employees to enhance their abilities to sell and please the customers, payrolls, organize shifts for 250 people, rotation, end of contract appraisals, promote or demote according to the performance and conduct.
