•undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations
•review and check the project drawings
•check the borrow pit material and the material within required specification after the lab made test for material.
•Check the material in site, and see if it’s within the required specification or not.
•Check every layer for the road construction and laid in proper thickness.
•Check the location of culvert and size of culvert and number of barriers and the way for embankment of culvert.
•Check the equipment of contractor.
•Check the removal of obstruction and calculate it.
•Check the steel of bridges (foundation, column, slab, )
•Check the steel of underpasses (foundation, retaining wall, shearing wall, slab, ….)
•Check the concrete (mixing, slump, cubic, workability, ….)
•Check the furniture road (curbstones, line ditches, marking, ….)
•Record the result of the earthwork and concrete from the lap then I will decide if its ok or not.
•develop detailed designs
•supervise and visit contractors on site and advise on civil engineering issues
•communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients
•think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems
•compile, check and make reports
•undertake complex and repetitive calculations;
•schedule material and equipment purchases and delivery
•adopt all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments
