Responsible for managing the administrative processes & clients satisfaction within the Business Campus, assisting the management of business processes ensuring data integrity, adhering to Business principles, policy and procedures.
a. Ordering stationery and furniture
b. Dealing with clients correspondence, complaints and queries.

e. Ensuring all office supplies & consumables are available.
f. Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
g. Preparing Business Control Sheets on a daily basis.
h. Sharing Tracking Sheets at the end of each month.

Maintained strict confidentiality and privacy practices across the project with all clients.
Healthcare documentation, listen to voice recordings that physicians and other healthcare workers make and convert them into written reports using MS Word.
Proofread, edit for grammatical and spelling mistakes.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Ensure contact with community to establish rapport and overall orientation for community mobilization.
Organize, facilitate and participate in community gatherings at district level including taking meeting minutes.
Attend formal/informal district meetings, report and follow on action points as agreed.
Follow up on issues raised by the community and refer to relevant organizations as required.
Work closely with UNHCR mass information on the design and dissemination of key messages through community gatherings and outreach networks.
Work closely with IRD`s community service team and social workers on identifying and referring vulnerable cases and mapping out different social groups in the camp.
Assist UNHCR assigned verification and distribution as required.
Assist in NFI (non-food items) distribution and winterization activities upon UNHCR request and report activities and achievements to supervisor.
Monitor camp development and report on a daily basis issues, identifying and resolving problems and needs and serving as a line of communication between UNHCR/IRD and the refugees.
Complete all reporting in an accurate, organized and comprehensive manner according to reporting protocol.
Facilitate the process of information and knowledge sharing with community that may be available through SRAD, UNHCR and other NGOs.
Support other IRD and UNHCR activities as required and approved by IRD management.
Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management. Administration: includes answering phones, taking memos and maintaining files, as well as greeting clients and customers.
Documentation and reporting of infrastructure section daily work. Including Clients Procurement -related inquires & requests.
Maintenance and retention of all offices, rooms and facility infrastructure including Materials, Equipment and Supplies.
Conducting tailored market research based on client demand.
Translating legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Supporting internal departments (HR, Finance & Procurement departments) by conducting phone interviews, following up on petty cash expenses sheet. Maintaining facilities cleanness.
Reporting the daily tasks work.
Supporting IT Department.
Bookkeeping.
Documentation: organizing and managing files, by typing, editing and proofreading documents.
Gained practical experience of client servicing via phone calls by:
Provide clients with information to address inquiries regarding their shipments.
Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders.
