- Research and needed information necessary for planning stages.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Lead the entire sales process, from qualification to closing;
- Work with SMEs to assemble the sales team, and prepare sales presentations.
- Work with SMEs and proposal writers to develop the proposal. Develop a customized approach and consistent messages, with responsibility for delivery to client.
- Follow-up and drive contract development until closing.
- Ensure appropriate hand-over to project team by transferring knowledge on customer needs and expectations.
- Report information on individual sales activity through database entry and maintenance of the data.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Prepare lesson materials, bulletin board displays, exhibits, equipment, and demonstrations.
- Present subject matter to students under the direction and guidance of teachers, using lectures, discussions, or supervised role-playing methods.
- Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups in order to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
- Supervise students in classrooms and halls.
