Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of contacts including regulatory agencies, outside attorneys, clients, and business associates Ability to identify actual and perceived conflicts and to resolve those effectively Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Strong commercial contracts and corporate transaction experience including: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, revising and advising on a variety of sophisticated and complex transactions. Experience with legal research, document collection, motions, and other matters relating to litigation.
