o Manages and implements E-Mail Directory Access systems in terms of deploying, monitoring, operating, and documenting adequate and reliable service, in line with established Company Infrastructure Strategy, policies and technical instructions. - Local Email user’s mailbox administration.
o Systems integrating with Email and Directory services including Antivirus and Anti-Spam systems.

o Provides input on projected and new Email and IT Security infrastructure hardware, software, and licenses capacity and rolling out.
o Email and Active Directory Security and Access Management.
o Changing Active Directory Topology.
o Changing Firewall and Internet filtering configuration; managing Email Backup and Restore activities.
o Service packs, software updates, and patch management.
o Responding to all queries of help desk chat, email, or phone.
o Provides infrastructure technical support to the staff on issues related to Email and IT Security services.

o Makes necessary technical changes as a result of support issues.

o Hardware and software installation plans for all computer labs and staff devices.

o Prepare monthly reports for all issues assigned to me.

o Diagnosing and troubleshoot all network issues.

o Provide configuration for the access points and switches.

o Remotely accessing software fixed.
