- Responsible for the contracting/procurement activities for of one of the most vital exploration site.
- Monitoring, controlling the activities of all stakeholders in order to be aligned with the CMCP manual.
- Negotiating supplier proposal in terms of the contractual and commercial aspects for the major contracts.
- Working on the sourcing strategy in order gets the best value for money for JOSCO.
- Planning the purchases of the stakeholders in order to match the dates of the operation activities.
- Managing demands against consumption of the recurring drilling materials (OCTGs).
- Handling the vital part of the project within JOSCO Jordan field experiment (JFE).
- Leading the activities of automating the inventory processes.

- Responsible for a team of seven team members.
- Responsible for planning the stock of the inventory in terms of (spaces, frequency of ordering the material, material issuing quantity, material aging).
- Analyzing the possibility to automate the process of the replenishment.
- Working on the project of disposed-off material in order to have more efficient spaces.
- Working with governmental authorities in order to transfer the old inherited (equipment, material, furniture) received from the old terminal through the proper channel.
- Automating the processes of the receiving and issuing materials in order to improve, control and facilitate the daily operations of the team.
- Reviewing, amending and implementing the inventory manual in order to comply with audit committee requirement.
- Working on the inventory/procurement ERP system in order to improve the process of ordering materials and avoid any waste of the ordered material.
- Preparing the inventory budget team to be complied with the vision of the team.
- Improve the knowledge base of the team by preparing training plan for each team member that will be aligned with his assigned scope of works.

- Preparing Request for quotations for the mid and ultra-high purchases.
- Preparing tender documents in order to enhance and facilitate the tender process that and cover AIG rights.
- Preparing contracts for the awarded contractor in co-ordination with the concerned department team and legal department to cover AIG’s needs and rights.
- Attends Tender Committee meetings as CP representative in order to present proposals, commercial recommendations and provide clarification for the benefit of committee members.
- Leads negotiations with suppliers in order to secure competitive advantages and ensure that Company position is protected.
- Responsibility for tracking orders and reporting difficulties/missed deadlines purchase orders.
- Conducts research into local and overseas markets in order to identify and assess new or alternative sources of materials and complex services.
- Sending monthly reports for the pending purchase request and purchase orders.
- Following the shipping and clearance processes.
- Following the tender procedures (advertising issuing date, closing date, receiving proposals, contractors site visit, ).
- Negotiating the annual contracts with approved suppliers in order to assure that these contracts will deliver the best value for money and solutions across the business.
- Raising, maintaining and managing Request for Quotations, Purchase Orders and outstanding Orders in an effective and timely manner.
- Ensure that the recommendations from any internal or external audit of Procurement Services are implemented within a satisfactory timeframe.

- Preparing bushiness plan for the team and each team members to make sure that our team goals will be achievable during the period of the business plane.
- Following the team budget amount and clarify to each team member his part and responsibility in order to achieve his goals at the beginning of each year.
- Provide reports to relevant sales manager on query and debt performance of customers on a monthly basis.
- Audit customer accounts to ensure payments are allocated correctly.

- Manage customer expectations to help, develop and maintain customer loyalty, and be able to deal with larger and more challenging customers.
- Monitor work flow to ensure good organization is maintained.
- Guide other team members and give them the needed advise.

- Open/Handel new accounts.
- Regain lost business and maintain acceptable customer service level.
