Programmatic Responsibilities:
• She designed measureable key performance indicators, implemented it with around 30NGOs in 8 Governorate and reporting tools for the program.
• She oversee and provide training and technical assistance to NGOs partners as needed in (Facilitation skills - Advocacy - Project management - Volunteer Management - Research …..
• She contributes to preparing and finalizing the training modules.
• Provide orientation to partners on reporting tools and program indicators, as needed;
• She oversee reports submitted by project officers and carry out field visits to partners to assure timely and effective program deliverables
• Review compiled reports before submission to donor
