 Diagnosed numerous performance issues through regular log inspections.  Resolved various access issues to the regional Microsoft Exchange server, and successfully migrated approximately 1000 Microsoft Exchange accounts to a new global domain, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption.  Upgraded a local LAN network infrastructure from a 2-tier to a 3-tier architecture (core, distribution, access).  Expanded a network by installing and connecting a controller server with new wireless access points.  Successfully configured SSH and SNMPv3 protocols on more than 70 Cisco switches, significantly enhancing network security and management capabilities.  Improved the speed of a fiber network by configuring EtherChannel groups and upgrading an outdated network from Layer-2 (VLAN) to Layer-3 (OSPF, EIGRP). This upgrade allowed the addition of new physical ports with a connection speed of 20Gb, a significant enhancement compared to the previous 1Gb on the old ports.  Conducted training for new engineers, acquainting them with existing systems, rules, and documentation. Taught them how to identify problems from system logs, search for solutions, document their actions (AsBuild, All_Info, Tshoot_Solution), etc. Achievements:  Proficiently executed numerous migrations utilizing the Nutanix Move Tool within a Nutanix Data Center, addressing diverse technical challenges such as expired TLS certifications, firewall misconfigurations, corrupted Docker images.  Rectified various misconfiguration issues in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).  Resolved SNMP Query issues related to Cisco Prime server and MICROSENS Micro Switches.  Swiftly resolved a global failure in the Cisco Prime system within just a few hours.  Proposed and actively participated in deploying an advanced Next-Generation Firewall (ForcePoint) that includes log servers, firewalls, VPN, switches, etc.  Initiated and implemented comprehensive data backups for all system nodes (VMs in Nutanix DC), switch configurations, firewall VMs, ISE, and other critical components. Adhered to incident response and business continuity best practices as recommended by the ISC2.  Managed software inventory for more than 600 PCs, replacing vulnerable software with safe alternatives. Initiative Highlights:  Implemented multiple ISC2 security best practices to enhance the security, including the migration from MAB (MAC Authentication Bypass) to AAA (Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting), and the adoption of dot1x authentication.
 Fine-tuned access permissions by adding firewall rules and configuring RADIUS authentication servers.  Conducted internships for university students, assisting them in gaining an overview of underlying technologies and teaching them basic troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, provided insights into available career paths.
