Proactively develop, implement and drive new improvements and
lead business process in line with the strategic road map within
global supply chain.
• Developed and drive one platform to provide accurate visibility to
planner about the International and local Purchase orders,
shipments and timely update status of each and every order to the
internal stakeholders.
• Ensure correct planning parameters and transaction disciplines are
utilized in order to confirm proper order generation and inventory
balance.
• Prepare KPI to evaluate the performance of control tower. Also do
analysis and suggest action plan to improve the team performance.
• Seeking and recommending cost saving possibilities based upon new
sources, substitutions, improved systems or new items.
• Wide experience in ERP system - Oracle & SAP for executing P2P
cycle.
• Utilize all data, reports required to analyze the annual spent and
execute tasks including service agreements and Annual Contracts.
• Handling annual procurement value for USD 20 Million.

• Purchasing corporate requirements for assigned materials from approved & qualified
suppliers in sufficient lead time to prevent material shortages.
• Develop and maintain responsible supplier for those commodities assigned.
• Obtaining competitive bid quotations from supplier; tabulating & analyzing bids to
secure best value for money; preparing & placing purchase orders within the limits.
• Checking the contractual specifications of products supplied is complied with.
• Seeking and recommending cost saving possibilities based upon new sources,
substitutions, improved systems or new items.

• Developing and maintaining capability to enter and revise purchase orders on the
Automated Procurement System.
• Preparing orders to suppliers and tracking the shipment till delivery and payment.
• Managing all steps of the Supply Chain for assigned single projects and ensuring that all
provided goods or services are properly invoiced.
• Performing negotiations and other logistics cordinations with internal stake holders and
freight forwarders.

• Developing and maintaining capability to enter and revise purchase orders on the
Automated Procurement System.
• Preparing orders to suppliers and tracking the shipment till delivery and payment.
• Managing all steps of the Supply Chain for assigned single projects and ensuring that all
