• Provide consulting support for solar, wind, mining and international shipping/forwarding projects, including business development, market research, government relations, investor coordination and logistics support with EPC contractors and UAE-based partners.
• Support renewable-energy project development, including grid-connection coordination, permitting, investor preparations, MoU preparation and utility-stakeholder engagement for projects such as a proposed 500 MW solar development in Bosnia and Herzegovina and a 2.1 MW rooftop solar project near Belgrade, Serbia.

• Manage project coordination and subcontractor delivery for the 159.55 MW Dabar Hydropower Plant, a EUR 330m EPC+F infrastructure project financed with support from China Exim Bank and delivered under FIDIC Yellow Book conditions; coordinate tenders, financing agreement finalization, site execution, milestone tracking and Principal reporting.
• Lead monthly stakeholder coordination across the Client, China Exim Bank, Sinosure, ministries, tax authorities, insurers, CGGC HQ in Beijing and key subcontractors, ensuring contractual, financial and technical challenges are tracked, escalated and resolved.
• Lead day-to-day coordination across site teams, finance, HR, engineers, translators and subcontractors, supporting around 200 local and international engineers and workers, two main subcontractors and multiple design, utilities, and specialist subcontractors.
• Prepare and coordinate IPC/payment certificates, daily construction logs, technical documents, progress reports, price escalation adjustment documentation and claim materials, while helping resolve deadline, financial and site-organization bottlenecks.

• Led the Serbian workstream for a EUR 2.3bn greenfield e-mobility and battery energy storage investment project, acting as the most senior Serbia-based project lead and reporting directly to the Group CEO.
• Managed early-stage project development across site selection, land acquisition support, permitting, utilities, infrastructure readiness, environmental review, renewable-energy supply options and electricity supply requirements for a proposed 250 MW facility.
• Coordinated with IFC / World Bank Group, the Development Agency of Serbia, state institutions, investors and external consultants, including weekly progress reporting on costs, risks, site readiness and project milestones.
• Coordinated preparation of a EUR 400m incentive package proposal covering state support, tax, infrastructure, employment, land, utilities, energy, customs/free-zone and training measures, contributing to government and investor negotiations.

• Managed Chinese key accounts in Serbia’s copper and gold mining sector, acting as the primary commercial contact for industrial machinery and component orders while reporting to senior leadership in Serbia and Prague, Czech Republic.
• Coordinated technical and commercial execution for copper and gold mining-sector clients, including pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, after-sales challenges, site visits to underground mining operations, and follow-up on specification, logistics and client-service matters.
• Delivered approximately EUR 2.5m in equipment sales, preparing offers, pipeline data, EBITDA inputs, client reports and weekly management updates for finance and executive leadership.

• Led the China-facing project development function, acting as the first point of contact for Chinese investors entering Serbia and reporting directly to the CEO on market-entry, logistics, and operational setup.
• Coordinated customs clearance, free trade zone setup, import/export documentation, warehousing and multimodal logistics for Chinese and Asian industrial clients across automotive, mining, energy, construction and manufacturing sectors.
• Managed high-value and time-critical cargo flows, including Ro-Ro shipments, maritime, road, air and rail shipments, with cargo values reaching EUR 20m+ for specialized industrial equipment and mining components.
• Resolved port, customs and demurrage bottlenecks, including urgent cases at European and Mediterranean ports, coordinating with port operators, customs authorities, freight forwarders and clients to prevent costly delays or cargo return.
