Act as a focal point between Recruitment and all concerned departments.
•Develop, analyze, audit, review, validate, and process payroll reports each payroll period resulting from new hires, terminations, promotions, demotions, and all kinds of leaves.
•Provide regular and ad hoc informative reports.
•Ensure the completion and delivery of Recruitment Team’s hiring documents.
•Provide general administrative support to HR team.
•Oversee and manage the new recruits’ process starting from sending job offers until the completion of the probation period and the confirmation of hiring.
•Assesse and monitor admin coordinators’ performance and provide immediate feedback if needed.
Evaluate candidates’ CVs.
•Conduct phone screening interview.
•Organizing events and all aspects related to employee relations and engagments .
Handle customers’ requests and inquires .
