Responsibility:
Accountable for the on-time and error-free implementation of designated VPN
Meet or exceed the targets set by the management with regards to: Customer Satisfaction
and Quality of 1st time installation
Develop and maintain an effective Network & Customer Change Management, enabling efficiency in processes' execution and allowing the group to meet the company set objectives
VPN design validation and Ensure Full responsibility of VPN management for 'Premium' Customers
Pre-sales VPN consultancy (low level network design (LLD), technical due diligence assessment, operational feasibility) to ensure that the customer's VPN remains manageable, scalable and stable.
Provide configuration for network devices and generate configuration templates
Perform Router/Switch/Multilayer Switch configuration, activation and acceptance testing for both implementation and on-going change management
Specify with the customer the acceptance testing procedures for complex VPN and support
End-to-End testing in coordination with Project Management teams
Properly document the VPN design and make it available to the operational entities
Perform semi-annual VPN audit and provide audit results to Service Manager
Provide 4th level technical support for incident management and problem management entities

* Cisco LAN Switching technologies, based on Cisco Hierarchical model, VSS configuration on Catalyst 6500
and Catalyst 4500
* MRV Switches
* Voice: VoIP, IP Telephony, Avaya Voice solutions
* Traffic Optimization: Riverbed Stealhead and Interceptors
* WLAN: Cisco Wirless LAN Controller (WLC), Cisco Access Points (AP), Aruba AMP

Responsibility:
Provide professional second-level technical support, troubleshooting for all issues received, and diagnose fault-related cases by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network /product utility programs
Perform technical escalation according to company policy, and liaise with other departments, field operations, PTT, vendor as appropriate, and provide customer with case updates to meet performance objectives
Document all troubleshooting and case management actions via the electronic case management, and to provide technical reports as required

Network services are based on the following technologies: IP, xDSL, Frame Relay, ATM with E-lines transmission E1, E3. International link is based on SONET/SDH technology with STS-1 optical fiber link
Daily Shift log report contains: customer complaints, received e-mails and calls, trouble tickets, and log monitoring report
