Manage the bid process in aspects relating to, but not limited to:
• Trigger the process of buying RFP Documents for Tenders/Projects issued in Government or Sime-Government Platform.
• Filtering the Bids that are match with company portfolio.
• Summarize the Scope of the Work and determination of the required equipment, system, service, subcontractor... etc.
• Prepare a presentation of kick-off meeting for bid qualification (Go/No Go & Bid / No Bid).
• Conducting Site Survey/Visit at customer premises and take note for all obstacles and constrains that may affect the cost during bid preparation and identify competitors that may engaged in that survey.
• Assigning tasks for contributed teams (Engineering, Financial, Sales, Sourcing SCM, PMO, Legal, and HR Departments)..
• Initiating & triggering the necessary process for Export Licenses of Hi-Tech & Military equipment (COTS & MOTS) and keep tracking with Sourcing SCM and OEM accordingly.
• Writing RFP, RFQ and RFI for the requested equipment, services, and subcontractor or even establishing Consortium Agreement.
• Preparing and writing Technical Proposal that is complaint with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Financial & Salas Department to prepare and write the Commercial Proposal and set a strategies for winning the Bid (Risk Analysis, Margin, Added Values, Weighted Contingency and Mitigation … etc)
• Communicate & invite all related key stakeholders of the company to set a meeting for Risk Management (RMC).
• Preparing and collecting all mandatory documents and company certificates that should be provided with Bid Documents (Bid Bond, Foreign Investment Certificate, Consortium Agreement, Commercial Registration, Chamber of Commerce, GOSI and Zakat & VAT … etc)
• Ensuring that all provided Proposals are signed and stamped and submitted in a timely manner.
• Carrying out Win/Loss Reviews and keep updating & enhancing company Bidding Processes accordingly.
