Responsible in showroom diving and spare parts department.
Greeting and entertaining walk-in customer in the showroom. Assisting customer about their
needs. Being in the forefront, I should give a good customer service.
Making quotation for walk-in customer and to those existing customer through online/email and
also to our consignment.
Preparing all the stocks that is being order by the mechanics for workshop department.
Conducting inventory to all diving stocks in the showroom, branches and also in the warehouse.
At the same time making invoice every customer who will pay for the items that they bought in
diving and spare parts.
Responsible in administrative work especially in maintaining client portfolio, revenue generated and business development pursuits. Achieved in helping the management improve our target sales with our strategy and effective operations system.
Assist in planning and enhancement of sales campaigns e.g. distribution of flyers, deployment of banners, promotions to target and priority clients to ensure continued patronage. Being in the forefront, I visit specific venues to deliver flyers and promotions to potential clients, increase publicity
To improve business development, our ‘go-to-market’ procedure is to help identify new clients through research and referrals. New opportunities are being chased through extensive sales calls and visits to expand market share and exposure.
We have extensive adverts in tv commercial, radio and flyers hence delivering the product to customers has not been so challenging, our product such as Colt 45 and Energy drink such as Cobra has become popular to the market. Although we strive harder to keep our clients as we have tight competitions in the market.
