Responsible for leading Store Design & Development for large format “Centrepoint” stores in collaboration with stakeholders- external and internal, within the group across the MENA region;
Expansion: 10+ stores annually across the MENA region.
Reporting to COO - Create new store design concepts & formats.
Establish design process & working method for executing multiple stores, across 8 countries within the MENA region.
Formulate project delivery mechanism, team formation, monitoring design & construction process, permits, contracts, adherence to brand standards and viability analysis for brand conversions.
Stationed at the concept head office, drive the regional project development teams in various countries of MENA.
Establish design procurement and project management processes.
Responsible for providing planning analysis for strategic land parcel acquisitions, developing and presenting project development schedules, budgets and annual operating budgets to the Board of Directors.
Costing, forecasting budgets & financial management tasks with the Head of Finance.
Audits, site inspections and continuous improvement for legislative & quality compliance.
Contract management: handle tender negotiations and performance - including due
diligence.
Monitors expenditure and progress in line with budgeting and project milestones.
Re-strategise, rebrand and reposition an existing brand -Centrepoint across the group.
