 Execute the shift work activities at the tank-farm and tank truck loading terminal (TTLT) in order to achieve incident and injury free operations.
 Ensure the facility is being operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies, rules and regulations in order to accomplish the business objectives and pacesetter performance.
 Work with all the stakeholders in receiving feed stocks and on-time with right quality delivering of products to exceed customer’s expectation.
 Crude oil receiving through pipeline (E.g. Escravos and NPDC) to crude oil storage and feeding to crude distillation unit.
 Receiving LPG from LPG Merox unit, storage in spheres, safe sampling, feeding to fuel gas system.
 LPG transferring handling through pipeline to Marketing Company.
 Intermediate storage (Light Naphtha, Heavy Naphtha, VGO, and Reformat).
 Sampling & gauging of different product tanks manually.
 Preparation lineup from component tanks to “petroleum products blending Header.
 Preparation of chemicals and injection to the product i.e. Dyes, Anti static, Corrosion inhibitor etc.
 Finished products transfer (Pipeline / truck loading) also performed other activities like tanks switchover operation, inter-tank transfer ( ITT ) and re-injection system.
 Water flushing and Air blowing of pipelines, Leak test of pipelines, N2 purging of pipelines according to procedure.
Preparation of tanks and pumps for maintenance job, Supervision of contractor activities, Internal pipeline cleaning and gauging with different kinds of PIGS, Pig receiving and launching activities.
