• Accountable for Solid Control and Drilling Waste Management business development activities in alignment with SLB.

• Control and initiation of reordering and re-stocking of solids control-related materials.
• Rig up/down, operation and maintenance of generators
• Monitor the compliance with HSE rules for DWM & Solids Control Objective
• Measure, test, and supervise the running of all drilling & completion fluids associated with mixing and pumping, including technical analysis and specific product
• Plans and improves all drilling waste management operation efficiency through the application of state-of-the-art technology in all facets of all phases.
• Ensures all work is performed in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
• Deal with inquiries and complaints from members of the public both in person and by phone or email.
• Develop research projects and contribute to the activities of national groups concerned with waste disposal.
• Ensure all tenders are promptly reviewed, sound technical documents generated, and cost models utilized effectively to ensure competitive pricing.
• Maintain contact with Clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and to keep abreast of any potential business developments within the customer base.

• Maintained accurate revenue and activity forecasts as well as precision estimates of personnel and equipment requirements.
• Promoted Montego’s policies, standards, and commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) to customers and maintained culture within the organization.
• Organized and presented Service Quality Meetings with my Clients, highlighting our key achievements and progress made during the various campaigns.

Assists in ensuring that Solids Control equipment assigned to the branch and/or client site operates efficiently and safely and that it receives any regular and/or required maintenance.
Ensures proper workings conditions of waste management/solids control equipment which are used to enhance drilling fluid properties and recycle the fluid through a closed-loop system.
Assists in pre- and post-job equipment inspections, travel to rig site locations for setting up, tearing down, monitoring, and maintaining Solids Control equipment, and completing all required paperwork.
Perform all work in accordance with established quality standards and safety procedures.
Regularly attends and actively participates in safety meetings, identifies any safety concerns to a supervisor, reports all incidents, and assists in investigations.
Ability to react based on Customer needs and Safe Work Practices.
Assists in meeting waste reduction and recycling targets.
Assists in the collation of statistics and compilation of reports often to strict deadlines.
