 Checking shift report with site managers for unsafe incidences, disciplinary, and notices.
 Carrying out safety training for marshal every two months.
 Attending safety meeting and training in Guinness.
 Managing over 120 henzof safety traffic marshal.
 Manage three Guinness plc sites (Ogba, Ikeja and Benin Brewery).
 Sort round for contracts.
 Prepare henzof safety traffic marshals salary.
 Checking previous shift site screening log for errors, default trucks, and mistakes.
 Safety brief with marshals, covering site safety and work standards.
 Spot checks around site on new shift
 Correctional measures to be enforced
 Assist gate staff on screening
 Periodic walk rounds and checks
 Feedback from customer care staff on current shift
 Preparing monthly rota
Report on:
a) Incidents on site within 2hrs of incidence.
b) PPE’s status, ladder, wedges and default vehicles.
c) Absents and holidays.
d) Disciplinary actions.
