• Coordinate the preparation of stock and none-stock materials at the warehouse
• Prepares the KPI for the day to day operation of the base
• Ensures the safety of all personnel during the daily operation
• Sends and receives materials to and fro offshore locations
• Coordinates the safe material handling at all operation location
• Monitors the performance of all subordinate for efficient performance
• Ensures that our client’s demands are met with their satisfaction
• Prepares daily and weekly operational report for management use
• Coordinates all advanced and heavy lift operation with cranes
• Ensures safe shelving of materials at the warehouse
• Many other assigned task by the upper management
• Coordinates the material movement from Shore base to offshore via vessels.
• Liaises with the port captain and beach master for berthing space.
• Monitors all lifting operation, bulking, tank cleaning, etc. to ensure they are done safely.
• Prepares lift plan for all critical and heavy lift operation to the vessel at the quayside.
• Prepares deck space management in alliance with the vessel captain and the deck crew
• Approves after scrutiny of the deck cargo manifest before vessel departs offshore
• Coordinates the discharge and loading of deck cargo at Shore base
• Communicates with the security department for vessel security before departure
• Monitors to ensure vessels (PSVs) follows the company procedure on security (level 1) and safety
• Prepares the operation KPI for the marine department weekly
• Keeps track of the vessels as they move shore to offshore and otherwise
• Any other job assigned to me by my superior in line with operational activities
• Contractual discussion on the hire and off hire of vessels (PSVs)
• Monitors the rate of AGO consumption of all vessels (PSVs)
• Ensures safe procedures are followed in job delivery by the crew
• Coordinates the daily SCM operation.
• Strategically managed the demobilization of drill rig (ENSCO DS 4).
• Weekly and Monthly statistical analysis of daily operation via KPI.
• Ensures the safety of all personnel is critical as they carry out their duties.
• Ensures that our team meets and exceeds customer`s need timely and adequately.
• Many other jobs according to our client`s demand.
Monitored material movement within and outside Oil and Gas Freezone for Chevron Nigeria Limited ensuring the implementation of both companies policies towards safe and good process operation on material movement and handling. Ensured that all documentation process of all materials are duly documented for proper location and identification of materials.
Material Handling, crane lift operation of both simple, complex and advanced rigging method as well as tandem lift operation. Staking of various sizes of pipes as well as other various cargo. Handling of import/export cargo as well as packaging of same. Complete warehouse operational management. As well as lots of various managerial jobs at the level is stacking area and warehousing.
