• Provides Integrated Fracturing Services such as E-Line, Slick line, Fracturing, Acidizing, Coiled tubing/N2 and Well testing job.
• Prepare well location and setup porta camp to support all operation required.
• Coordinate with supplying of support equipment likes crane, forklift, JCB, Fuel, water and Tanks.
• Provides technical support on location as required by the Client, and Management Team.
• Maintain good relation and communication with client.
• Able to work independently as a lead position responsible for job execution and overall performances.
• Responsible for company assets on location.
• Assures that adequate supplies and equipment are present at well site at all times.
• Offers advice on equipment capabilities.
• Functions as a communications link between Client, Operation and Segment Teams.

• Experience with pumping 8, 000 bbls of raw acid per stage with maximum 12 stages per well.
• An Active on development new engineers such as mentoring, training and succession process.
• Responsible for development and execution of the entire stimulation engineering process.
• Collecting geological data, stimulation analysis, fluid laboratory testing, develop job procedures; perform computer simulation including job design and job execution.

• Manage and execute the remedial cement job.
• Introduce the light cement slurry technology to client.
• Increase the quality of cement bond by adding thixotropic additive on special project in Zamrud field.
• Maintain and monitor six drilling rigs and 20 workover rig on client operation area.
• Regularly update the remedial cement recipe by client operation area
