• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar for the GM.
• Handle all business travel arrangements including arranging flight and hotel bookings and calculating per diem allowances.
• Participate in special ad-hoc projects as requested such as internet-based research and preparing/editing of reports and other documents.
• Coordinate all activities relating to company Events and ensure all arrangements are made in an efficient manner.
• Handle company website and social media presence on all platforms.
• Purchase and ensure timely order and delivery of all necessary company marketing items and customer entertainment gifts.
• Receive relevant invoices and review for accuracy before submitting to Finance.

• Monitor employee attendance regularly and prepare monthly attendance reports for the Management.
• Maintain office supplies by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and timely placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Coordinate with the Government Relations personnel and provide the needful papers and information to ensure timely renewal of company/product licenses and permits.
• Coordinate with Mobile service provider and insurance service provider to ensure optimum service at all times.
• Organize and maintain files and databases (both electronic and manual) and ensure the security and confidentiality of the information.
