Headed 5 van rep, 1 hawker rep and 3 supervisor.
Developed hawkers channel.

Achievement
I was able to grow hawker channel.
Grow wholesale business in Lagos by 20%.

Responsible for Modern trade (indigenous supermarket) and wholesale in Lagos territory.
Manage 10 van rep, 10 market sales rep, 2 bike rep and 4 supervisor.
Recruit and training of New intake Sales team.

Achievement
I was able to grow the business by 25%.

Supervise and monitor sales rep. on the field. Ensure that sales rep. apply sales fundamentals on the field. Coordinate sales rep. and ensure that they deploy initiative to customers. Train sales rep. Channel management ( van selling operation, open market operation and modern retailing operation management..
