• Educate and advice costumers in proper equipment utilization and applications to enhance greater productivity or lower cost.

• Coordinating with the other sales department teams for annual targets.
• Deal with the contractors and their contracts, visits and reports.
• Providing input on competitor activities to senior management.
• Maintain record of all sales activities, on daily and monthly basis.
• Follow up on all sales deals from end to end, and report the transaction.
• Handle customer care services, if required.
➢ Responsible for handling the day-to-day requests from customers.
➢ Ensuring resolution of complaints in an efficient and timely manner whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
➢ Responsible for direct interaction with current and potential customers within Zain IQ outlets with regards to sales or information on products/services.
➢ Maintain record of all sales activities, on daily and monthly basis.
➢ Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure sales opportunities are compliant with company policy.
