•Supervise, lead and direct the technical writer team.
•Manage performance and career development for each member of the team.
•Manage the technical writing department in accordance with organizational policies and goals.
•Write and edit easy to use technical documentations.
•Adjust copies as necessary and proofread for grammar and spelling.
•Release the documents following the final approval.
•The Senior Writer reviews and makes recommendations to the project teams about error messages, Tool Tips, pop-up dialogs, and usability
•To ensure that ESKADENIA web site is being written, produced and maintained to the highest quality in English Language.
•Bugs Reporting; while working on the documentation if any error pops up, the technical writer should inform the technical team by sending an email with the Bugs found.
