* Develop and communicate project implementation schedule to entire team

HOD’s
* Monitor and Control all project activities and ensure it is in line with agreed project
plan for the International operations

* Actively involved in acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team
members and third -party contractors and consultants in order to deliver new station
rollout according to plan.
* Accountable to delivering station rollout projects against agreed objectives

* Relief Airport Managers when they are on leave or indisposed
* See to the overall quality service delivery in ground service unit--ticketing, customer
service, Check-in, Ramp handling
* Monitor local contractors as per service level agreements
* Assist and inform the procurement manager in local contract negotiation
* Direct and delegate all customer relation queries. Analyse and plan corrective
measures to avoid re-occurrence
* Elaborate contingency plans for irregular operations and direct/support team during
such irregularities
