•The ability to lead the design management of all phases of project. Ability to start and close project within planned time schedule according to the estimated financial cost .

•Experience in design projects for heritage buildings and heritage villages and the ability to coordinate with heritage experts to conduct the necessary studies for architectural documentation, surveying, historical and social studies, and analyzing the current situation and optical scanning.
•Implementing cost effective solutions to keep project cost under budget
•Ability to work under pressure and playing a key role within the team .
•Ability to work with others in a multi‐disciplinary team and good self‐manager.
•Knowledge of obtaining licenses and permit during design stage from different authorities such as Amana, municipality, obtaining approval from civil defense, coordination with Saudi electricity Company and national water company, to get
